I know alot of you out there are consumers and need support on products ect ... Well when something goes wrong and you need to call in ... dont yell at the person who answers the phone!! Yelling, getting rude, and cussing gets you no freaking where!! It does not get you faster service,it does not fix your problem. If we tell you we cant get a tech out today it means we can not get a tech out today that does not mean when you speak to a supervisor it is going to change the situation!!
