Ok .... I am at work and I do technical support . I know alot of you out there are consumers and need support on products ect ... Well when something goes wrong and you need to call in ... dont yell at the person who answers the phone!! Yelling, getting rude, and cussing gets you no freaking where!! It does not get you faster service,it does not fix your problem.

If we tell you we cant get a tech out today it means we can not get a tech out today that does not mean when you speak to a supervisor it is going to change the situation!! Don't call in presuming you know what the problem is, you dont work here! When we ask you questions its for a good reason, and we may have asked you these questions before if you have called in before but we still have to ask them. Just think about it people if your calling in for support wouldn't it be advisable to be polite to the person on the other phone? Because if you think about it we have all your information you get hold of the wrong tech and treat him/her like crap they could destroy you! Just something to think about.
